Introduction
The Client-Bank (1CClientBankExchange) format is the standard Ukrainian text format for exchanging bank statements between banks and accounting systems. It is supported by all major Ukrainian accounting software.
Biatec allows you to convert statements from Czech and Slovak banks into this format, which is useful for Ukrainian companies with accounts in foreign banks.

Technical details
- Format: 1CClientBankExchange v1.03
- Encoding: Windows-1251 (standard for Ukrainian systems)
- Extension: .txt
- Line separator: CR+LF (Windows)
Transliteration
Texts from Czech and Slovak statements contain characters with diacritics (š, č, ř, ž, ů, etc.) that are not valid in Windows-1251 encoding. Biatec automatically transliterates them to basic ASCII characters (š→s, č→c, ř→r, etc.).
Diacritical characters from Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, German, Romanian, and Croatian are supported. Cyrillic (Ukrainian format keywords) remains unchanged.
Counterparty
Counterparty data is transferred in its original format from the Czech/Slovak statement. The МФО and ОКПО fields for the counterparty are empty because this information is not available in the source statements. They can be filled in during import in the accounting system.
