How to buy credits

Complete guide to buying credits—from selecting a package to having the credits added to your account.

Process for purchasing credits

Buying credits involves a few simple steps:

Open the Prices page

Go to the Prices page from the main menu or click the credits icon in the navigation panel. On this page, you’ll find an overview of available credit packages with prices.

Select a credit package

Choose the package that best suits your needs. Larger packages offer a better price per credit. Click the Buy button next to the selected package.

Payment details and QR code

After clicking Buy, a dialog with payment details will appear:

  • Account number - bank account for payment by bank transfer
  • Variable symbol - a unique code to identify your payment
  • Amount - total amount including VAT
  • QR code - scan with your bank's mobile app for quick payment
Important: Use the correct variable symbol ! Without it, we won’t be able to automatically match your payment to your account, and the crediting of funds will be delayed.

Realizujte platbu

Prevedte platbu prostrednictvom vasej banky - bud manualnym zadanim platobnych udajov alebo naskenovanim QR kodu. Podporujeme platbu bankovym prevodom.

Kedy budu kredity pripisane

Kredity su na vas ucet pripisane automaticky po prijati platby na nas bankovy ucet.

Fio banka - do 10 minut

Nas system automaticky kontroluje prichadzajuce platby na ucte vo Fio banke. Platby z Fio banky su zvycajne spracovane do 10 minut od ich prijatia. Platby z inych bank mozu trvat dlhsie v zavislosti od medzibankoveho prevodu (zvycajne v ten isty pracovny den).

Po pripisani kreditov dostanete emailovu notifikaciu a pocet kreditov sa aktualizuje v navigacnom paneli.

Faktury

Ku kazdemu nakupu kreditov je automaticky vygenerovana faktura. Faktury najdete v sekcii:

Profil → Moje faktury

Kliknite na vase meno v pravom hornom rohu a vyberte Moje faktury. Tu najdete zoznam vsetkych faktur s moznostou stiahnutia v PDF formate.

Dolezite informacie o fakturach:

Tip: Pred prvnym nakupom si skontrolujte a doplnte fakturacne udaje vo vasom profile (nazov firmy, ICO, DIC, adresa). Tieto udaje budu pouzite na fakture.
